I haven't used it yet but I'm very excited to finally try it. So, first impression when you look at it: Solid 4 stars. Pros: • Comes with 4 wands (so I can adjust it to the size I need and easy to store) • Comes with 2 different heads: an angled brush to get into corners easily and one with a mini brush and squeegee • a microfiber cloth included Cons: • no assembly instructions but it's not a big problem as you can easily figure it out • the bristles on the brush head are very stiff because they're plastic (I'm afraid it will damage the tiles and grout if I clean them hard)
