I would definitely not recommend this hose for an aquarium. He came in what looked like a ball of pipes. As a result, it has serious creases about every 6-8 inches. Since I also bought a heavy duty air pump, I hooked up this hose and hoped the pump would push the kinks out. Not even close. After about a week, I still have creases that restrict airflow. I have ordered several pipes from another manufacturer. Arrived well packaged, no creases. As it should be. Do not buy.
