Nice but doesn't tighten 1 1/2 inches

Well made, well packaged with all accessories. Slightly too big for tightening 1 1/2" pipe. It slides freely until it stops. The metal is made so it cannot be deformed. Any larger pipe will do. Find a piece of rubber cut to size can be made to fit the pipe snugly, or for a thin strip of metal.
