Corkscrew worked straight out of the box. First time. I then charged it all day and waited for the 'green' light to indicate full charge as instructed. There has never been a case like this. The second, third, and fourth extractions gradually became more and more sluggish. The foil cutter put wheels on the second bottle. If I hadn't thrown away the packaging I would have sent it back.
