Review on Superior Equivalent Daylight Filament Bulb: SHINESTAR Non-Dimmable by Karen Montanez

I really like these lamps. I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't comment on durability. But they're really pleasing to the eye, and the big advantage over incandescent bulbs is the energy savings over time. As long as they last around the stated hours, they will more than pay for themselves. I replaced 12 40 watt incandescent bulbs with these. They're definitely brighter than a 40-watt incandescent, but they're not as bright as a 60-watt incandescent; I compared them head to head in a 60 watt unit. If you read the specs you'll see they advertise 700 lumens; The average equivalent of 60W LED bulbs averages 800 lumens. So a little less light. I do not mind.
