I like how easy it was for customers who had problems with their website or app in general (or even ones we didn't know about) to be able to fix them themselves without having to call us or wait days by phone / email for someone else's solution.
We were also very happy when they implemented integrations on our platform so we could get data into more platforms than just theirs! There is nothing really bad. It took maybe 2 weeks of training from my colleague before he got used to using conductrics' software. Not only did your developers need some time getting familiarised but you needed at least one person managing each client separately as well.
