Review on Simplicity Footless Legging Ruffled Culottes: Stylish Girls' Clothing and Leggings by James Shavers

My 3.5 year old girl is quite tall for her age. She wears a size 5, but we often find that a size 5 is tight in her hips - even in leggings. This fit was more perfect for her than anything else she wears. She wore them for the first time and immediately asked for more pairs! She loves soft fleece. Love her fit and the fact that she can wear skirts/leggings in winter without an extra wash! She also thinks it's great that the leggings and skirt are attached. It's a winning combination for this 3-year-old girl and her mom!
