The armchair arrived on time and was easy to assemble. The casters were a noticeable improvement and were comfortable to sit in. It looked good too, but you can tell the materials used aren't the best, especially the armrests and the "leather" felt a bit flimsy. After 4 days of daily use, I noticed some discomfort, like the pillow sagging. On day 6 my butt started hurting in less than an hour because the foam in the pillow was so flat. I weigh about 210 pounds so that's within capacity. I ended up changing it to another one from Office Star (thanks Revain!). I couldn't believe a chair with such good reviews fell apart in just 4-5 days! My old one from IKEA lasted 11 years and was only replaced because the leather didn't look as nice anymore - it was still comfortable.
