I purchased this item on November 27, 2019. In less than a year, one in three was not working at all. The other two did not work stably despite a new battery in the remote control. I smelled burnt tonight. This article was the source. A hole was burned through the outer plastic shell and could not be touched. Be careful when buying this brand. It is unacceptable for a product to fail in less than a year, it was dangerous and could be fatal when we were sleeping or not at home to notice the smell. We were lucky that we went outside and were warned by the smell of burning before it got any worse. Please be careful.
