This is an excellent headset in terms of comfort, sound quality and value for money. I definitely recommend it. Here's some important advice: I've always had problems with people telling me I'm very weak, sometimes much stronger than others. I was about to return it as defective when I decided to play with it some more. I ended up adjusting both the headband and the mic itself so that it was so close to my mouth it almost touched it. This solved the problem. It's just very directional and requires close proximity to the sound source, which is actually good in terms of background noise cancellation. So just make sure the mic is set close to your mouth and bending it in an arc much more than how it comes out of the box and you're good to go.
