Only one star because you don't have the option "NO" stars! Very very disappointed, DO NOT SPEND MONEY! My 1 year old granddaughter is a phone geek so thought this would be a great accessory for her car/van for her birthday when we go for a walk or to the park. This ready to use phone does NOT do ANY of the things it describes! The touch screen does not work if an adult cannot press/touch the buttons to be used, how can an infant/toddler/child? Writes that you can record, again no. Please watch the video. Complete junk, disappointing how VTech used to be, a toy to buy! VTech was so expensive when I was raising my kids but I didn't mind paying as always, as advertised and my kids loved them. I even have a few VTech toys from over 20 years ago that still work just as perfectly as the day we bought them. Now almost nothing works from VTech! (Let's see if this post/video makes it into the ratings section! I'm giving this a full 👎🏼 AND a 0️⃣ ⭐️ rating!
