Small neckline suits Kids & Baby best
I love this dress and so does my 5 year old daughter but we bought 5T and it was too low on her bust. We then shot in 4T and still too low on her chest. Things that show it shouldn't be. I didn't want to go down a size so I used safety pins to cover it up properly. Other than that I love the dress.
