Just finished building - I would rate this at least four stars, maybe five stars barring one issue. As someone else said, you need to buy eight washers to properly attach the base of the legs to the feet. The punched holes in the leg feet are too big for the screw heads to attach the two parts of the foot - this is a serious problem. I believe the buyers who complained about strength/stability didn't understand this issue and only assembled with the screws provided. Luckily I had an old pack of 5/16" shims (hole size) and they worked fine. The 3/16 shims were too small; 1/4" might fit, not sure but I would recommend 5/16. Assembly took 80 minutes including additional time to find old washers after spending time assembling the leg bases using only the screws provided. I am planning to use a collared flight sim table; Therefore, the stability of the table is very important to me. I think this table will have enough stability to work well with the flight sim clamp attached to the top of the table. I wanted a table with a top that was about 28 inches high. This table is pretty much exactly 28 inches high with the setting just over "3". The height adjustment is not easy; Your best bet is to find your preferred height and mount it to that height - even the included adjustment holes only seem to allow for stable height adjustment in 2" increments; therefore probably the only standard heights in inches are 24, 28, 30, and 32. Height adjustable feet should allow for height variations of perhaps minus 1/8 inch to plus 7/8 inch from the numbers above. Again, if it wasn't for the washing machine issue I would probably rate these five stars. I'll update this review if stability isn't ok by using the desktop flight sim helm, but with a lag in the flight sim components I probably won't be using it for another six weeks.
