The store, by the way, is very adequate - they issued a return without problems, they came and took it away. Its pros: The quality is top notch. The double back system is comfortable. Cons below: After a couple of hours began to pinch the nerve near the coccyx. For three days I "danced" around the chair - removed the pillow for lumbar support, fixed the mechanisms on the seat, to no avail. The headrest is deepened, I couldn’t reach it with my neck in the usual sitting position (I don’t suffer from some kind of wild stoop, everything is like everyone else). The seat is not deep enough - between its end and the back of the knees, all 7 fingers entered (height 180). The armrests are not height adjustable. : After the recall, the store offered to test the new version of the chair. The hinges on the seat are fixed on it, after a small test, there were no sharp pain sensations. It turned out to be still uncomfortable for me to sit, the discomfort remained, but apparently the problem of a pinched nerve was solved. He did not sit for several hours in a row, being afraid to experience pain again.
