I'm a size 9 and between and medium and a large. I picked the large based of the material being the stretchy silky compression material. I definitely could have gotten away with the medium. Fit isn't tight. The pockets are great, and not see through at all.
- I bought for my girlfriend! She loves it
- The pockets may not be deep enough to securely hold items during exercise
