This phenomenal mic stand is worth every penny in my opinion. Is it on the expensive side? Of course. But this is definitely a premium product with a premium build. I use the Blue Yeti microphone and it wasn't difficult for me to install it. The Blue Yeti does not fit the standard mount, you must use the included adapter to screw on the microphone. It's amazing they included this part for your convenience. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about when they say they can't use this mount with the Blue Yeti. Trust me, if you have a Blue Yeti, buy this mic stand! I've also seen some reviewers complain that the stand can't support the Yeti's weight - this is incorrect. The microphone requires little weight for the spring, allowing it to be rotated and adjusted to function properly. Speaking of which, the rotation and adjustment are phenomenal. It can be adjusted any way, shape or form and the shackle is quite long and can reach a decent distance. It's amazing how important a mic stand is in a professional setup. This makes using the microphone much more comfortable. I suggest you spend your money and get this mic stand. I hesitated at first and finally decided to pull the trigger; It was a great decision.
