I needed a panel to dress up my basement bedroom window. I am pleased! It is much nicer in reality than in the photos. The deep purples in the colors are very dark purple and the light purples are the same as the color you see in the photos. I have black curtains behind the curtain and it looks great because the panel is quite transparent. The black in my tints brings out the black accents on the panel, whether raised or lowered. So, just know that the panel is as transparent as shown in the photos. However, this is exactly what I wanted. I've added 2 photos of my finished window. I only wish they were in my living room when I owned my townhouse! Gaaaah, that would be terrible because back then I had bay green walls and two windows! :) I might actually order another panel if I ever need two of these.
