I like that it is very userfriendly to use and also how easy they make integration with 3rd party applications such as Salesforce or Jira / Confluence etc., its price point was one of my main concerns but in reality we can't really say there are any downsides other than maybe not having more features at this current time for our customers. As mentioned above though the concept itself seems great so perhaps another version will come out soon which may include additional functionality. It has helped us manage customer information better by making centralising everything into 1 place very useful. We have been able to improve productivity through less manual data entry workflows when dealing with multiple clients or departments. Also being able to provide them access easily via application management portals has reduced training issues too!
