Very intuitive and user friendly, especially if your staff doesn't want (or donating) hours directly

I love that it's integrated with Salesforce so you can easily connect to CRMs like Zuora as well! It is easy for my team members who are unfamiliar or uncomfortable using some of these platforms to use this system without much trouble at all. My biggest dislike would be how infrequently updates come out but overall they do keep improving new features almost weekly which makes me happy :) We have been able to streamline our processes from onboarding clients through contract management into…

Perfect tool if you're looking forward building an efficient internal CRM

I like that it is very userfriendly to use and also how easy they make integration with 3rd party applications such as Salesforce or Jira / Confluence etc., its price point was one of my main concerns but in reality we can't really say there are any downsides other than maybe not having more features at this current time for our customers. As mentioned above though the concept itself seems great so perhaps another version will come out soon which may include additional functionality. It has…

Great App For All Business Needs: MaPS System (MDM-PIM-DAM)

I like the ability to have all my data on one place. I can keep track of all my contact information and it is easy to find what I am looking for. I dislike the fact that the app is not the best. It is very slow and sometimes it just doesn't load. Also, the data is not always up to date. It is very helpful to have all of my contact information in one place. I am able to find what I am looking for very easily. I also like that I can keep track of all my appointments, tasks, to do list, calendar…

  • All your info/data at once!
  • The reminders are great too.
  • Keeps me organized keeps you informed when things change or new contacts come into play with our work life.
  • Can be used via web browser from anywhere without an Internet connection

This software was extremely helpful and helped us save tons off valuable employee hours

I love that our entire organization can access this system from anywhere in any device to use as required for their job functions or duties! It is very easy to navigate through when you are looking around at different aspects of your business data within one area rather than having separate apps open up separately with only partial information provided by each app. You will need some knowledge about how it works if there happen issues but once they do come across then its not hard fixing them…

  • Ability create users directly via mobile application instead using website version where user must select type(company admin vs individual)
