These numbers are a stencil set that can be used for making cakes (what I used them for) or cookies or even fondant if you need it that size. As someone who's been baking and decorating for many years now, I have found that a lot of the numbers sets for decoration use sometimes do not include the number 9. That's b/c you just use the 6 and turn it around to make the 9. They are shaped exactly the same. I make my cake layers for these a little thicker so they don't break during the stacking phase and there's enough to level each layer (which helps them not break also), the more layers the prettier.
