Crushed and mutilated.
Maybe it was a storage problem, but my eyelashes were bruised and deformed, I couldn't even use them even if I cut them. The hair was so disheveled and none fit :( The pack they use is too small so the hair on the bottom row gets stuck in the glue they use to glue the lashes to the slots.
