Review on 🍽️ Insulated Non-Slip Stirring Tableware Coaster by Barry Hill

Ordered 2 packs of glass rods. One had all 4 poles wrapped around the bundle together with bubble wrap and was unsecured so it came loose in the packaging. However, this did not prevent the glass rods from hitting each other and breaking. In the second package there is no bubble wrap at all. Each fragile carton pack was shipped in a large package where it was floated and not marked as 'fragile'. Because the bars had come loose, plastic rocks and broken glass fell everywhere when the packaging was opened, making it difficult to tell them apart to put them away safely. Got cuts on my arms. Ironically, while the glass rods weren't padded, the silicone coasters were individually wrapped and then re-wrapped before being placed in a thin cardboard box and then a loose bag. They got the unwanted attention that rods should have gotten. To add insult to injury (literally), the two packages in my single order came with DIFFERENT glass wands, as indicated by the light on the bottom of one package with wands that the other does not have. There is no point in asking for a replacement if there is no guarantee that you will receive the same product! It's also apparent that the replacement is likely to break as well, as other reviewers who have opted for the glass rods have also indicated that they broke in the same spot as mine. It's not that the company doesn't know it's a problem - the lack of action to fix the problem shows that they simply don't care about their customers. Nice stuff but no way would I recommend this seller. Get them elsewhere.
