Such a disappointment. I did SO MUCH research before purchasing this diaper bag and was so happy to receive it. After when i received it i was i love it its a very stylish bag but i could tell almost immediately i would have issues with the place i also have to start by being a new mum and i feel dizzy because I have my own diaper bag. I took it out and started opening it and looking around. Hmmm. Where should I put everything I thought?! It's smaller than some of my bags. I had (besides the cute style) a zipped changing mat I unzipped it to have a look and was very disappointed with the length and bulkiness of the lid and a bottle of ki with water on the outside pocket) and it was clear that everything and ere would become a mess. I was very disappointed. I kept it for several days trying to convince myself that everything would fit and I just needed to "switch" things. So I spent the evening just checking the bare essentials (a couple of diapers, a pack of 10 wipes, a baby bottle, a mini hand sanitizer, my wallet, phone, keys, water bottle, a very small blanket/diaper and a newborn jumpsuit with pants. ) -- Again it was a total mess and so hard to find anything. The sides are so hard and it's high/low that you can't easily see the bottom. I could picture myself in a shop trying to care for my newborn and looking for something on the bottom of the bag. In addition, the top zipper is very difficult to use. It detaches so you can fully open the bag, but it is very difficult to zip it back on and zip it up. It would be nice to stay on track so you don't have to queue it up to compress/decompress it every time. Such a crap. To be honest I've tried to get it to work but it just doesn't work - and for the price I couldn't help but return it :( Glad I found a similar diaper bag that has all the features which I *hoped* To love this bag - it was even cheaper.. This is the Vera Bradley diaper bag in classic black You can find it in Google Shopping by typing these words They are very similar but the Vera Bradley bag is much roomier and the changing pad is much larger and more functional.
