At first I was skeptical about how well this would work. As a home TV/cable/satellite TV technician, I watch MANY TVs every day. Most customers have TV remote controls. Somewhere. Maybe the batteries are good. Perhaps the TV has a source/input button that I can see and access. This nifty device worked on the first ten different TV brands I encountered on my first day today. Old tube TVs, Toshiba with DVD, universal remote couldn't find a working code (used this and the learn mode on the remote to program it correctly). I can't believe it works so well. The best $15 tool I can use for hours. Daily.
