All it does is read the print. It won't remember your license plate number and won't let you know if you dialed the right number. It is not easy to read when pressing on the valve stem. But it will give you a good, drama-free read very quickly and easily. No escaping hiss, no rocking to get a good seal, no repeating over and over because the readings don't make sense. I literally push the power button, grab a very ergonomic grip, depress the valve stem for a split second, no air comes out, and then I pull it out, turn it to my face, and read. I like this!
