I don't usually write reviews but I felt it was well deserved. I bought an HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini Business PC from a retailer. I have an HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF which is much larger. I work in the information technology industry and dabble in programming, software and hardware which leads me to believe that when I'm working with a PC I have at least a little bit of confidence in knowing what should and shouldn't be. the final hardware and I was fine with the "updated" system as I can handle most of the issues that arise. The problem was that the item I received wasn't what I ordered and it was quite broken which made me question the 'renewal' process. The top cover couldn't even be removed as the locking mechanism was damaged. So I started the process of communicating with the seller. Initially they were quite responsive. We exchanged several messages, the last one asking for pictures of the PC I received. At that point I was pretty sure they would fix their mistake. I sent photos as requested and then nothing. No response other than an automated response confirming they received my application. For several days I've been sending messages asking for a status update, but I haven't received a response either. thought it might have been an isolated case. Apparently not. This seller has many positive reviews, but I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with this item. Purchase at your own risk.
