This foot scrub didn't suit me. There was no peeling, no change at all except the legs were itchy for a week afterwards. So why did I give 2 stars? Well there were no instructions in English other than those on the description page. I've spoken to a few friends who have told me I'm doing it wrong, so I can't rule out the possibility of this product working if I follow the directions, as people who do these scrubs regularly understand them. I will explain. So I put on these booties, pulled on tight socks, went about my usual business for an hour, and then washed off the contents. Apparently this is not the right way. I've been told that you should soak your feet in lukewarm or hot water for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour, before putting on your booties. After putting them back in place, put on socks for a snug fit, and then raise your legs so the solution pools around your heels, where most of the dead skin is. People tell me that you really should wear them for 1.5 to 2 hours before taking them off and rinsing them out. In the days that followed, I was told to wet your feet as much as possible and never put lotion on them until they're completely exfoliated. to try it might work for you. I only received one set of shoes so I can't tell.
