Pros - Seems more durable than the OEM charger - Has a green LED to show the charger is getting power - Cable seems to be more durable than the original. Cons - Cable can be longer, my optional powerline charger had a 10ft cable. It's only about 6 feet, close to OEM standard. Other thoughts I've had this charger for about 2 months now, it's hard to say how it will perform, but if it lasts me more than a year then it's definitely better than a piece. out of print OEM Acer chargers are included with their A500 tablets. Just to be clear, my family has three A500s and one A100, this charger works great with all of them. Much better than my first spare Walmart Powerline universal charger I've used before. Suffice it to say that Acer doesn't make reliable AC chargers. Two stock OEM tablet chargers broke after a year of outrageous quality. Correctly?
