I like that they have an interview process where you can go through questions with them before scheduling. They also offer some great incentives for referral partners - which helps make it easier to refer people in! The interface isn't always easy to navigate so there's definitely room for improvement here. I wish they had more flexibility when setting up interviews (for example, having multiple windows open at once). We've been able to really ramp up our hiring efforts by using treeline.com. It has helped us find qualified candidates who would otherwise be hard to reach out to.
