Economic footwear. I wanted something with 4mm drop and this was it. One would say that the outsole is foam rather than traditional construction. This means you can rotate the shoes more than traditional shoes. Some opinions are bad, others are neutral. Shoes are only part of your running success, before you "run” think about running suits and strengthening exercises.
Pros
- Certainly comfortable for walking and light exercise. It might be worth looking elsewhere for serious running.
Cons
- These were the cheapest shoes ever made, can't believe how crappy they are, I returned them.
