This is my 3rd wand in the last 2 months. The first was a three-barrel stick that made cute beachy waves but didn't have multiple temperature settings. My hair literally burned at 400fs. I bought another 3 barrel stick from BAD HEAD, now with heat settings. I didn't like it because it makes tiny curls and not waves like I wanted (although I liked the quality). Finally, this 1 inch wand is perfect for me! I set it to 330 F which is good for my fine hair. But if you're looking for big beachy waves or have long hair, I would recommend going with a 1 1/4" diameter.
