It's not easy to accept! Great functionality and cute.

First of all let me say that I love this mail/key organizer. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to come to terms with that. The latches that attach to the nails on the back weren't straight so we had to drill a few holes in the wall and had to unscrew and move the latches on the back a few times to line them up. This compromised the integrity of the back as we had to screw in a few holes and then needed Gorilla Glue to hold them in place.
