Review of My Disappointing Time at the JERZEES Web Store: I've been a longtime customer of the JERZEES online business, but I have to say that I've been really disappointed with them as of late. Products I ordered were of low quality and did not match the description that said they were stylish and appropriate for any event.
Two of the three products I've purchased from JERZEES—a pair of slacks and a shirt—have left me feeling disappointed. The pants' thin, weak fabric and sloppy stitching meant that they fell apart after just one wash. I followed their sizing recommendations to the letter, but the shirt still didn't fit right, and the material was scratchy and irritating. Another cause of aggravation was the lengthy time it took to receive a response from their customer care team during the return process. After waiting a long time for a reply, I was told that I would be responsible for the cost of return shipping. In sum, I cannot speak highly enough of my negative experience with the JERZEES online store. Their products are of low quality, their size guidance is wrong, and their customer support is terrible, so you should stay far away from them.
