The round plug that is supposed to fit the stain remover is too short and won't hold. The pet stain remover can be splashed with water, so the charging port has a small door. to keep it dry. When you plug in the charger, the door opens with a firm push on the plug. The port itself is 1/2 inch below the small door. However, because the charger's silver head is less than 1/2 inch long before the cable's thick black plastic begins, it doesn't fit securely into the charging port and stay connected. This charger will not charge the Pet Stain. vacuum eraser. When I tried to return it within 30 days the company had a return policy. Very disappointing. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHARGER TO REPLACE A BISSELL CHARGER FOR REMOVING PET STAINS.
