The support team are super friendly & helpful when it comes time for any questions or issues with our site! I have not found anything that i dislike about this service so far but maybe there's something we haven't used yet? If you're looking at other web host companies then definitely check out their customer reviews as they tend be really detailed in what works well / does'nt work very good etc- if its been reviewed by someone else before yours has come along already :) We've had an SSL certificate added onto one of our sites within just 1 day (from purchasing) - no hassle needed from us either!! Super easy website setup process & great technical assistance offered too whenever required via email/phone call once installed. Our main issue was finding affordable UK Cloud Hosting providers who were willing to provide free domain transfer services upon purchase.
