update Noise makes chair unbearable. Tried disassembling and reassembling the WD40. vain. I am changing my rating because I now need to buy a new chair. Too bad because besides the noise, I find the chair very comfortable to sit on. well packaged and easy to set up. The instructions provided were easy to follow. I really like the look of the chair and it is very comfortable. My only problem with this chair, and unfortunately quite a big one, is the loud clicking noise it makes when I lean into it. It is very noisy and disturbs my wife who works next to me at home. I'm 6'4 and 180 lbs so inside a chair. I will be moving this chair to another room and buying another new chair for the office as I don't want to deal with returns.
