Love what they've done with their system and integration capabilities
I like that it integrates easily into our current ERP/HRMS platform as well as other systems we use within my organization (eCommerce). The interface could be more user friendly for those who do not have experience using an EMR or HRIS software package such as ours in particular but overall very simple once you figure out how everything works internally-very intuitive! We are able to track employee time off due to illness without having multiple spreadsheets tracking this information separately across different departments.
Pros
- Very easy system, makes managing personnel easier than previous methods used with paper records.
- Abilityto view all employees' absences at one glance when looking through their schedule insteadof individual pages per absence type is great!!
- Can see schedules by hour workedand hours available which helps me better understand staffing needsas needed before they occur rather then trying guesswork afterthe fact..or just reading emails from supervisors about potential scheduling issuesat
