Percussion helped with cramps
I have small hands and am easy to maneuver, but still strong enough to relieve stress on my neck, collarbones, shoulders, elbows, knees and feet. My husband has used it on my shoulder blade area where I tend to have tightness, tenderness and spasms and it has helped a lot. I play keyboards all the time for work and have a lot of pain from tight muscles so glad it is now. If you want to push really deep, you might want to consider a larger, more reliable percussion massager.
