I like that it was easy to get up-and running without having any experience in managing or administering software, servers etc.. It's very good at blocking malware from getting through (which makes sense). The UI could be easier but this isn't an issue per se as long has you know what your doing with regular tasks such us installing updates/patches when alerts are received. We have no major complaints about our current setup of Symbiode defense; however we do occasionally see issues where some users will need additional help configuring their firewall settings which can sometimes take multiple attempts before they figure out how best to configure them themselves again. This does not happen often - maybe once every 6 months? Sometimes if there are too many files being downloaded by one user then other clients might notice slowdowns due to increased network traffic.
