Very helpful tool that is extremely intuitive and simple-to -use
The ability for users to search through all aspects of an employee profile without having to click multiple times between modules makes this software very easy to use! I would like more features added such as creating user profiles with different roles (i.e., manager vs.
admin) or allowing employees access only certain sections/modules within N&F. This allows us to customize our own privacy settings per department which has been beneficial because some departments have specific needs when it comes to viewing information while others may not need to see everything available via N&F.
Pros
- Ability at any time go back into previous searches if needed..Abilty quickly filter down results making narrowing your options simple..Ease finding other ways how they can be used beyond initial intention...Very intuitive
