Great System With Excellent Customer Service

The first thing that I like about this system is its user friendly interface which makes it really simple to use even for those who do not have any technical background or knowledge in sales process management tools. It has helped us gain more visibility into our pipeline, as well as keep an eye out if we are missing opportunities by over focusing only at current activity. All things considered there isn't anything much negative I can say apart from maybe some minor bugs here nthere but nothing major. We used Cience with many different Salesforce applications so far (Chatter, SFDC) now all of them integrate very nicely together without too much difficulty. The system is easy to use, with all of our team members able to navigate it without any issues. It's very customizable for each individual. There are many different ways to search for leads as well. I dislike that they don't offer more lead management options. We have been using this software since 2015 but we wish there was an easier way to add new contacts or follow up on them once you've contacted them from your dashboard. This has helped us increase our conversion rates by over 20%.
