I love relationship! Best in Nutrition Bars & Drinks

First of all thanks to Ratio for finally giving us granola bars and yogurt to eat on keto! That is delicious! I have a really hard time finding them in stores so was very happy to find them here and at a great price. I paid about $14 for a box of 4 at our local grocery store because they're the only ones that sell them for 100 freaking miles. Anyway, yes they are firm, no they are not super cute. Why? Because it's not loaded with sugar and syrup and whatever else they stuff in the "regulars". They're filled with real, healthy nuts that are seriously nutritious! Anyone on a full keto regimen knows that once your body has eliminated the constant barrage of sugar it's used to dealing with, your taste buds won't enjoy the sugar rush they normally get from just about any product Get today's shelves. . Ratio got it right with these bars. It tastes amazing and has just enough sweetness to feel like a treat without that awful spike in blood sugar. I personally like it when it's really crunchy because that's what I expect from nuts. But that's just me. By the way, they go great with vanilla, coconut or even strawberry ratio yoghurt. I often take one of these and ratio yogurt to work for lunch and it definitely makes me feel full without wanting to take a nap afterwards. And that's a total of 4g net carbs, 32g fat, 27g protein and 420 calories combined. You can't beat this. So yes, I think it's great. One more thing, I'm very impressed with the size of these bars. They're bigger than, say, Nature Valley's granola bar, so these guys have another win! Keep them to yourself ratio, it's a staple in my house!
