Review on 📞 Panasonic KX-TH1211B: Cutting-Edge Bluetooth-Enabled DECT 6.0 Phone System for Seamless Link-to-Cell Connectivity by Jessica Brown

I have had Panasonic phones since 1986 and no problems. My latest wireless Panasonic still works fine but the battery is dead. Now I've bought this new super cool phone with Bluetooth capabilities. Incoming cell phone calls ring as intended on the Panasonic cordless phone. But after I answered, there was dead silence about 50% of the time. Those were important business calls! Panasonic has confirmed the FIRMWARE PROBLEM and is sending a replacement. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE - BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN CALLING SUPPORT 1-800-211-7262. THE SUPERVISOR APPOINTS THE LEAD AND OFFERS TO SEND A NEW PHONE WITH A PREPAID TAG TO TAKE THE DEFECTIVE PHONE BACK. I'm sure my rating will go down to 5 stars once the (fixed) phone arrives and proves to be flawless. At the time of writing this review, it takes around 7 days to receive a new Panasonic phone.
