I ordered them together with a separate pair of shoes. You should both arrive together. This pair arrived dirty and the other pair didn't arrive at all. We gave it to our daughter for Christmas. These shoes were originally low quality, arrived dirty as hell and completely fell apart when trying to clean them. Walmart did not endorse the product and incorrectly claimed that we had already received a replacement for them when in fact it was a different shoe. Someone obviously made a mistake and will not admit it. I have seen good reviews about it and if you are looking for a pair of cheap shoes that will fall apart then of course these are for you! However, I will spend the extra money to ensure the product I purchase arrives clean and of good quality, and whoever I order will endorse their product, unlike Walmart or a third party. Also, the shoes fit horribly. Save money, time and dignity!
