non-slip on hardwood floor and not tight on calf

JSPA non-skid diabetic socks are actually non-skid with silicone underneath and it is great on our hardwood floors. They are not tight on calf which is essential for a diabetic, however it is not holding up well for my dad who is little skinny. There is no description, materials or where it is made on the packet, wish there is more info to have a legitimate feel of what we are using, especially these have an intended medical use for diabetic patients.

Pros

The socks are lightweight and breathable, making them perfect for exercise, even on hot days

Cons

The socks are too thick to wear with regular shoes which can lead to odor and fungal infections
