Out of the box they fit great - I have a Pegasus 32 (I've owned it for 3 years and have been riding 4 miles every day for over a year) and one Pegasus Shield 35 (waterproof). Nikes are lightweight and that's my favorite running shoe feeling. I've tried 4 pairs of Brooks and the feeling is completely different. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of how the rear (collar) goes below the ankle on both sides of the shoe. It just didn't cover my heel enough so the boot slipped off the heel as it left the ground. I knew I would have a chafed spot on the back of my heel after the first kilometer. Otherwise I liked them, but in the end I gave Nike back and settled on the next best Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20.
