This product contains something that may cause hair loss. I used it on my edges and couldn't figure out why my edges were thinning. I don't use it on any other part of my hair and the rest of my hair is very thick. I thought it might just be my imagination until I read a customer review. I figured that maybe the gel just didn't work on my hair and scalp type, so I gave it to my teenage daughter. Today I asked her if she cut off the top part of her hair and she said no. I asked if she put gel on her hair and she said yes. I told her to throw it in the trash and not use it. Since the can is not reliable and you often open the can or pour it into the box during shipping, who knows what will happen to it.
