The studs are too long for some walls!
Check wall thickness before ordering. We have tried very hard to fix it. The plastic anchors broke first when we put them in and we couldn't figure out why. Then trying to just use the bolts in the posts, we drilled all the way down the wall and posts until we hit the chimney in front of our house! I think that's why the plastic dowels broke too. Be sure to check the wall thickness before purchasing this item! We are so disappointed. We were very happy with this product and it looks like it would be extremely durable if only we could install it.
