Great freedom of movement

Perfect for my needs. We have a 42" TV and needed a long arm for more flexibility in our gym. The only complaint was that it was inconvenient to hang up alone. And unless I got it wrong I had to attach the TV to it while it was in the wall whereas the other two mounts I use allowed me to screw the mount to the TV, z mount and then just use the bracket or locking mechanism to prevent falling.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Fine

Great except for installation

I bought this specifically for use on a weird job site, I needed a long arm and that's fine BUT the mounting system is terrible. The screws were specifically designed for use in a drywall: just what I needed. This was until 2 of 4 screws failed! I got more screws and 2 of the 6 I got didn't work either! This left big holes that I now have to patch and paint, and ended up using screws on the wall: not as advertised.”

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some cons

Works great. It was the first time I did something like this. There are many possible configurations with the supplied brackets but on my new 55" Vizio OLED 300mm x 200mm the brackets were touching so I had to cut them off. Also 4 mounting holes are only possible with double studs. With single studs you can only do 3 use in a row. It still works with my 55lb TV but wish the bracket was longer and had an extra hole.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

great cover at a good price.

mount looks nice, I've struggled to find a tv mount that will rotate my tv a full 90 degrees from flat to the wall. This one did it. My TV is 43 inches wide. As you can see from the picture, 48 inches would be too much to rotate 90 degrees without touching the wall. I'd say 46-1/2 inches max to allow for some headroom. Hope that helps. Let's see if it can withstand the weight of the TV. The packaging says up to 60 kg. Let's find out! by the way drilled studs.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • boring packaging

Great Deal - TV & Video

Needed a bracket long enough for a corner. I hung it on a bobby pin 16 inches from the corner. I have a 43 inch LG TV. Installation was easy. You need a level. Dornfinder. Pencil. Set of sockets. Drill. And an impact wrench. These are locking bolts. You can do it manually, but it won't be easy. I kept the level next to the bracket above the spike finder. Marked my holes. drilled. Slightly loosen the middle screw. Check its level. Tighten it. Then put the other 2. It's easy. The range of 28…

The studs are too long for some walls!

Check wall thickness before ordering. We have tried very hard to fix it. The plastic anchors broke first when we put them in and we couldn't figure out why. Then trying to just use the bolts in the posts, we drilled all the way down the wall and posts until we hit the chimney in front of our house! I think that's why the plastic dowels broke too. Be sure to check the wall thickness before purchasing this item! We are so disappointed. We were very happy with this product and it looks like it…

The screws came loose from the wall plugs

I installed a small, lightweight TV on this mount. This is a very heavy mount and a little tedious to install. I followed all the installation instructions and it worked beautifully for months. Now the screws on the anchors have loosened and it is completely unusable. The return has expired so we'll try to have the anchors replaced at a hardware store and see if we can get that working. But it's such a problem and I'm not sure if we can fix it. I'd happily recommend another lonp-PG extension…

Rather cheap Chinese junk.

Where do I start? Well this is one of the 5 Revain mounts I tried. They are all rubbish. Firstly, there are no screws of the right length in the kit to use on the back of the TV, they are too short. Also, the instructions are vague and don't tell you the different ways to mount the brackets for different mounting patterns for different TVs. And that speaks to the level like it's in the set, but it's not. The biggest problem with this mount, which really frustrated me, was that the arms are not…
