Defective Instantly
What a waste of time using this thermostat also sold as a Murray thermostat. This caused a 2002 Ford Escape V6 to overheat intermittently. Replaced it with a Ford thermostat (188 degrees Fahrenheit) and everything was fine after that. Don't waste your money or time with this junk. Buy an original thermostat. Yes it will cost more but it will really work.
